Medical Polymers processes only virgin materials. We do not regrind runners or parts. Scrap materials are recycled through outside vendors

Medical Polymers provides complete thermoplastic injection molding services. We also provide support services including engineering, design, product development, and prototype services.

We handle annual volumes ranging from a few hundred parts to millions. Tooling and production methods can be tailored to your needs and budget. Production methods, records, quality assurance systems, material handling, and packaging methods are all tailored exclusively to the medical industry.

We have 20 to 80 ton horizontal, vertical, and rotary injection molding machines. All molding machines are also equipped with drying hoppers.
