Standard Multi-Lumen Catheter Manifold

Medical Polymers has developed our own insert-molded "Standard Catheter Manifold." The Manifold (pictured above) may be produced with or without suture wings. By having existing tooling in place, the only tooling cost associated with your next catheter development project will be for catheter shaft and end tube shut-offs and mandrels. This can save your company up to 75% of the cost associated with custom manifolds tooling. the other benefit this tooling gives you is a quicker turn around time for your insert-molded catheter. Many times shaving months off the development process.
